A cinema room is available, allowing residents to enjoy major films, shows, or sporting events in an unique setting with oversized dimensions.

For children, the play area offers a wide array of games and activities for both fun and educational purposes in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Among the other facilities offered to residents, there is a large outdoor pool and a reading room equipped with office elements that can be transformed into a workspace.
