MoNa Restaurant – MoNa Residence

MoNa RESTAURANT presents a flavorful and colorful fusion of Mediterranean cuisine from both the eastern and western shores. This delectable culinary experience is crafted in collaboration with Samy Sass, a renowned culinary artist, and his executive chef, Shahar Dahan, promising a delightful dining experience. The restaurant is open from 8 am to 10:30 pm for residents.

Pita, mezze, falafels, roasted cauliflower, and other halal products are produced daily, harmoniously paired with vitello tonnato, burrata tomatoes, trofie al pesto, penne arrabbiata, marinated chicken, and other dishes with intoxicating and rich flavors.

This collection of dishes is delicately crafted by Chef Tristant Romain, who enhances the menu with fresh suggestions weekly and introduces temporary concepts in line with the seasons. The menus are also offered for room service to all residents.

MoNa RESTAURANT offers versatile spaces, including a dining room, pergola, and terraces, allowing for various setups to accommodate receptions, cocktail parties, and birthday celebrations.
